One of the few homeowner association-owned clubs in the Coachella Valley, Rancho La Quinta boasts exclusivity and privacy like no other. While it’s a private gated community, it is known for being one of the friendliest and welcoming clubs around.
As you enter the gates of the neighborhood, you’ll be greeted by a grove of palm trees. The 700-acre, master-planned community boasts panoramic views of the surrounding Santa Rosa Mountains, as well as lush foliage and landscapes.
Homes sit on elevated sites, allowing every property a glimpse of wonderful fairway views. With abundant fruit-bearing trees in private yards and common areas, Rancho La Quinta has enough trees to cool outdoor temperatures and provide the leafy shade that make it easy to stroll around the neighborhood. La Quinta is also pedestrian- and cycling-friendly.
Rancho La Quinta real estate has 802 single-family homes that make up the Master Association. Aside from these, there are 95 courtyard homes as well as 88 condominiums overlooking the Sports and Fitness Center. The community takes pride in its architectural integrity, placing design and landscaping restrictions to maintain the classic feel of Rancho La Quinta. Homes have open designs with courtyard entries and patios, which make living both indoors and outdoors easy and comfortable. Single-family homes range from 2,500 square feet to over 4,000 square feet, and have features such as pools, patios, and gardens. The courtyard homes and condominiums have open floor plans, high ceilings, wide windows, and have the look and feel of true luxury.
All homeowners get membership access to the sports and fitness center, but separate fees are needed for the golf club. Members get to enjoy the pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and dining facilities. The Golf Club membership, meanwhile, allows you to play either one of two courses. The 18-hole golf courses are the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and Jerry Pate courses.
Rancho La Quinta boasts a state-of-the-art security system. The perimeter privacy and access system includes an intrusion protection system and camera protection system. All gates have limited access with laser tracking, and homeowners can enter with a transponder. If you’re going to be out of town for a while, you can sign up for the Home Watch program at no additional cost. The command center team will do semi-weekly exterior checks of your home. Other services include weekly trash collection, cable TV, and high-speed internet.
